Jungle tea – Immune System booster with anti viral and bacterial effects

Here is my favorite protective drink, my secret recipe so far, Asian Jungle tea. An excellent, delicious herbal tea to strengthen and support the immune system and maintain health.

The ingredients are the basic spices of Asian cuisine. I consume every day during the cool weather and the viral period, it has worked for me.

In Bali, I recovered from pneumonia in a few days, but it was used as a supplement to my foot massage therapy to treat my patients with Dengue, Zika, H1N1 viruses.

 

 

The immune system booster, anti virus, and anti-bacterial Jungle tea ingredients are:

  • 5-6 cm thick pieces of ginger cut into small pieces,
  • 3-4 pieces of Indian lemongrass chopped into small pieces (if you crush the stems a little beforehand, the aroma will come out better),
  • 4-5 star anise,
  • 3-4 crushed cinnamon,
  • honey as your taste,
  • boiling water.
  • If you can get more Galanga for it in the Asian market, put half a tuber in it.
  • You could add lemon as you like.

 

Put the ingredients in a large jug, pour over the boiling water. Wait about 20-30 minutes for the active ingredients to come together. No need to filter! Savers, when they run out of juice, can pour 2-3 deciliters of hot water once more. It can be consumed all day. If it stings, it works. It also cleanses the respiratory and digestive systems.
